political marketing services offer
You are a candidate in an upcoming political election; you may be the current incumbent in your riding as well. In both scenarios, you desire to build relationships with constituents in the riding you serve and you have a need to obtain donations for your riding and/or candidacy to ensure your future political survival and success.
Challenges you usually will face in achieving these goals often include the following:
You have a desire to serve but need donations to get the word out and get elected.
Asking for money personally is difficult for you to do – it takes courage, training and finesse to become polished at asking people for money – strangers and friends.
You want to represent your party and your political views well and you want to be more than just an anonymous name on a ballot – you want people to know you and what you stand for when they mark their choice. The more they know about you beforehand, the more they can relate to you, and the better your chance of getting that “X” next to your name on the ballot is.
You don’t want to be in a rush starting a few short months prior t an election to get out there cold and trying to drum up both donations and support for your election run. By the time those last few months come around, you want people to already know you and trust you – you want a dedicated group of followers, supporters and evangelists for your cause out there already, telling people about you.
Under contract, we recently completed a study for a Canadian political party looking to assess the current state of use of the Internet for creating awareness and building party followers, particularly for the purposes of raising donations and getting candidates elected as ongoing elections occur. While we will not reveal the results and recommendations made during the course of that study, we will make the point that the Internet is under-utilized as far as political campaigning is concerned and that there appears to be significant opportunities to build competitive advantage politically by those understanding how to market themselves as candidates and political parties online.
As an online marketing firm seeing these opportunities, we have put together some monthly “retainer-based” packages for marketing services that candidates, political ridings, regions and parties can choose from to improve online awareness, garner more donations, attract more qualified potential political candidates, spread the word about party positions on issues and build memberships with a view to winning elections.
We have available for service both tools and expertise that allow us to uniquely assist you and deliver value. Following are our standard services packages – custom service package can be constructed on request.
